Sanxing Feirong Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen, China in 1994, has specialized in the design/manufacture of stirred bead mills and dispersers preparing superfine/ultrafine particles for more than 20 years. The company as a national/Shenzhen high-tech enterprise, has obtained 10 inventive patents for milling/dispersing technology. The company strategically cooperates with South China University of Technology (SCUT), China, and becomes one of training bases of SCUT. The company occupies the production area of 6600 m2, including the manufacture area of 4000 m2 with more than 30 machining equipment. There are 18 engineers, including 2 senior engineers.
In 2017, Shenzhen SanxingFeirong Machine Co., Ltd. and WeihaiDongwei New Material Technology Co., Ltd. jointly invested and established WeihaiSanxingFeirong Nano-Tech Co., Ltd. located in Weihai, Shandong. This jointed company is an innovative enterprise of designing and manufacturing advanced and patented mills for superfine/ultrafine grinding and dispersing.
Our patented vertical mills have been utilized in effective production of submicron-/nano-particles of various advanced materials like ceramic (i.e., Si3N4, ZrO2, B4C, BN, Al2O3), carbon material (i.e., CNT, carbon fiber, graphite, carbon composite material, graphene, and diamond), energy material (i.e., LiFePO4, LiCoO2, crystalline silicon), jet inks and pigment/dye as well.
